Oven Fried Chicken and Spaghetti Squash |
1 t paprika
1 t onion powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t thyme
almond milk (or two beaten eggs)
chicken tenders
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together the dry ingredients. Dip chicken tenders in almond milk (or beaten eggs), then dip in almond flour mix. Bake for 20 minutes or until juices run clear.

I might have to try this, I bought almond flour the other week ago to try some of the recipes I found on another website. is that spaghetti squash to go with it? Thanks.
